Operation Identity Meeting Minutes

Meeting was called to order by Connie Martin.

Five members were present.

Minutes of January meeting were read and approved.

Treasurer’s Report

No Tresurer’s Report was available.

Old Business

• AAC Conference in March. Our New Mexico AAC representative, Jenni Dyman, along with Bill Gage will attend the conference. The April meeting will be devoted to presentations by each of them on the various workshops attended and what they learned/experienced from the conference. Additional advertising will be done to publicize the April meeting.

• Changes to O.I. web site:
     — Mark Dickerson completed the establishment of a PayPal account for members to use on-line for paying dues. In addition to Mark, attendees approved Connie to have access to the PayPal account. Paying on-line will enable the tracking of when dues are payable; dues not paid on-line will still be payable annually in April.
     — Bill has made the site more interactive and has added a “Members Portal.” He will include a written description of how to use this feature in the up-coming Newsletter. Eventually the site will have the capability for the generation of mailing labels for newsletters, etc.

• Revised brochure. Connie confirmed with Lee Morgan that the digital copy of the current brochure is available on his computer. The group reviewed modifications needed; a marked up copy will be sent to Lee.
