Operation Identity Meeting Minutes

July 22, 2010

Meeting was called to order by Connie Martin.

Seven members were present.

Minutes of April meeting were not available.

Treasurer’s Report

A total of $44.78 added to the account, including two memberships and a couple small donations, which brings the Account Balance to $2,018.46. No expenses were reported for the month.

Old Business

• Discussion of the removal of Sally's address from the newsletter and the website.

New Business

• Discussion of if and when this OI group is ever dissolved, the remaining monies in the treasury should be donated to International Soundex Reunion Registry (I.S.R.R.).

• Motion made for by-laws to be amended for net funds in treasury to be sent to I.S.R.R if the corporation/group is ever dissolved. Motion voted on and approved.

• Discussion of a special meeting held possibly in September to review By-Laws. Connie will send out emails and notices to active members on the distribution list in advance for this meeting.

• Connie will coordinate and head up a team/committee for the 2011 conference.

There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 8:00 p.m.
