Operation Identity Meeting Minutes

February 24, 2011

Meeting was called to order by Jenna Wiley.

Eight members and one guest were present.

Treasurer’s Report

The Treasurer's Report was read and approved. A current balance of $1,743.00 was reported, including income of $83.92 from four new memberships and donations.

Old Business

O.I. One-Day Conference

• Sign-up sheet passed around for refreshments;
• Discussion of the raffle and items donated to be raffled for the Nancy Parkhill Foundation;
• Action Item for Kathie about checking on items to possibly be donated from Starbucks;
• List of places near the church given to Mark to make revisions;
• Discussion of schedule for day of conference (8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.);
• New brochures are needed for the conference packets;
   — Discussion and reminder for Connie to check on new O.I. brochures;
• Discussion of items needed for the speakers at the conference;
• Discussion of more stickers for O.I.;
   — Barbara will call to check to see if the person who previously made them is still available;
• Discussion and motion made for payment of Linda's registration for the conference — voted on and approved.

New Business

It was reported that O.I. Founder, Sally Filed, passed away on February 23, 2011.

There followed a discussion of the need to remove Sally's name from the O.I. website.

Linda and Barbara were charged with writing an article about Sally File for the newsletter. Barbara Free shared a letter she received from Jeanie Chavez.

There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 9:00 p.m.
